Doing Flash is one way to repair your smartphone in some cases and not just that. Not only because of the software, but also some of them such as errors, the application is unresponsive. If this is the case on your smartphone, it is possible to try to finish it by restoring the factory settings or hard reset.
In this post I'm just going to give you some firmware options for flash and updates. Among them, you can select an OTA update file for you to use in recovery with an SD card through recovery mode. If you want a solution about a password problem because you forgot, you can select the file with the tool and it's already in the firmware package.
Now you can download the firmware you need to set up or flash update. Once you have the files, you can set your own Flash steps according to the ROMS you already have. Regarding the guide to flash you can also find it and maybe it can help you.
